This is our ultimate family celebration collection. The Grand Gathering is an alcohol-free feast built for all ages, pairing premium sparkling Scottish drinks with an uncompromising spread of hot smoked salmon, charcuterie, cheese, and expansive pantry provisions. The Drinks To ensure everyone can join the toast, this collection features two exceptional non-alcoholic alternatives: a bottle of Braes o Gowrie Sparkling Elderflower and a bottle of Summer House Drinks Slightly Sparkling Raspberry. The hot drink selection includes both PekoeTea Breakfast Blend and Haar High Tide Coffee. The Savoury Feast The grazing board is vast, featuring a generous cut of Ullapool Smokehouse Hot Smoked Salmon and wild Great Glen Green Pepper Venison Salami. These are paired with a sharp wedge of Connage Dairy Dunlop and a smooth Highland Fine Cheeses Morangie Brie. The Accompaniments To build the perfect savoury mouthful, the collection includes crisp Stag Traditional Water Biscuits and tangy Galloway Lodge Poachers Pickle. The Sweet Larder The sweet pantry features a traditional Nevis Bakery Dundee Cake, Island Bakery Lemon Melts, and crumbly Tabrifics Original Scottish Tablet. The feast concludes with a bar of Coco Sea Salted Caramel Milk Chocolate and Chocolate Tree Bramble & Cardamom Dark Chocolate.
