Compare all six Futu models How it works Support you lean into A closed back over a moulded shell The 1200's back front is solid FutuKnit, knitted to shape and elastic enough to follow your back as you move. Behind it sits a moulded shell, so the back reads as one calm surface from the room and gives a more held feeling than mesh. Flokk designed it for people who want more support and warmth. Lumbar support, built in Inside the back is a lumbar support that slides over 155–250 mm to meet the curve of your spine. It is not an add-on here; every 1200 has it, and its range is longer than the mesh chair's optional one. HÅG inBalance® Seat and back tilt together around a balance point, 20° forward and 14° back, with adjustable tension and a lock. Seat height and depth are set from the seat. From behind: the solid knit covers the whole back, with no mesh to see through. Leather-top armrests — a 1200 option The task chairs offer standard armrests (height and width) and 3D armrests (adding depth and rotation). The 1200 adds a third: leather-top armrests, standard armrests with a soft padded leather top, at extra cost. They pair naturally with a Paloma Soft or Elmosoft leather seat. Not available on the mesh 1100; for NPR 1813 choose the 3D armrests instead. Seat and back Two choices, made to sit together The back is FutuKnit solid in one of seven colours, Night to Straw. The seat is upholstered separately, in one of 42 colours across six families, and the seat fabric sets the price group: Group 1 — Cura Loop and Xtreme, recycled polyester; Xtreme washes at 60°C. Group 2 — Select, 85% New Zealand wool. Group 3 — Capture, wool, lightly felted and multi-coloured. Groups 6–7 — Paloma Soft and Elmosoft, chrome-free semi-aniline leather. A Stone back over a grey Cura Loop seat is a quiet combination; a Dusk back over Capture Dark blue is a tonal one. Browse the fabric overview before you decide. Environment In the HÅG Futu EPD (NEPD-7230-6643-EN, valid to August 2029) the 1200 has the lowest footprint of the three backs: 39.8 kg CO₂e cradle to gate, against 41.8 for the 1100, and 50% recycled material by weight. Figures exclude armrests and packaging. The aluminium is 100% recycled, and the chair separates without special tools for recycling. Lead times 4–6 weeks, as shown in the configurator — every 1200 is upholstered to order. Flokk's indicative figure for the standard collection: 20–25 working days.
