Farm to bottle 117.6 proof, cask strength, unfined & unfiltered The Starlight production team crafted a 7 year, single barrel of Carl T. bourbon with two distinct mash bills. 3-Grain Mash Bill: 60% corn; 20% rye; and 20% malted barley. 4-Grain Mash Bill: 51% corn; 20% rye, 20% malted barley, and 9% wheat. This blend was transferred into new charred and toasted oak casks from Tonnellerie Baron for additional aging. These barrels provide intense oak notes, enhanced vanilla flavor, and mellowed rye spice to add layers of complexity. Finishing Location: Rickhouse #2 Finishing time: 1 year 2 months
