Changed your mind? Simply email service@bernywatch.com with your Shopify order number to request a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed upon request, not automatically. Refunding an unused reservation cancels its VIP eligibility. If the Kickstarter project is canceled or does not reach its funding goal, your reservation fee will also be refundable. Shipping & Taxes: BERNY covers shipping, applicable taxes, and import duties for the VIP watch and complimentary green strap. If a separate tax payment is required through Kickstarter Pledge Manager, BERNY will reimburse the verified eligible charge. Optional extras may be subject to separate charges. Limited Serial Numbers: Up to 100 numbered watches will be allocated sequentially. VIP reservation does not guarantee a numbered piece. Important: This VIP reservation is managed directly by BERNY and operates independently of Kickstarter.
