Press and hold for two seconds to start in light mode; the purple indicator makes it easy to recognise. A single press moves you to the next mode. 02 · Graphene warmth Three levels of warmth Choose low at 45°C, medium at 50°C or high at 55°C. Blue, green and red indicators identify the three heat settings, so you can check your selection at a glance. Does it switch off automatically after 15 minutes?No. The Smart Comfort Cycle changes the mode every 15 minutes until it reaches 45°C low heat. Low heat then continues until you switch the product off or the battery is depleted. Hold the button for two seconds to switch off.Can I use it while charging?No. Fully charge before first use, then disconnect the charging cable before wearing or operating the product.Can I wash it?Do not wash or immerse it. Switch off and allow the product to cool, then wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth and let it dry completely. Do not use chemical cleaners, wring, tumble dry or iron.Can I wear it to sleep?No. Use only while awake and alert. Do not use while sleeping or when you cannot reliably sense heat or overheating.How do I identify the selected mode?Purple indicates red/near-infrared light mode. Red is 55°C high heat, green is 50°C medium heat and blue is 45°C low heat. A short press cycles through these selections; a two-second hold switches the product on or off. A comfortable break starts with careful use. Heating elements must not touch bare skin. Prolonged high heat may cause burns; switch off immediately if discomfort occurs.
