Winter Blend

This winter blend combines coffees from small farms in Mexico and Honduras, with notes of rose, juicy Galia melon, cranberry and raspberry. Delicious as espresso or filter, black or with milk. In Chiapas, Mexico, Elba Roblero hand-picks ripe cherries at her farm, Las Limas, then ferments and dries them on site. The coffee celebrates Las Tejedoras, the women keeping the region’s Mayan textile traditions alive. At Finca La Valentina in Honduras, Carlos Ernesto Mejía grows coffee at 1,600 metres. His honey-processed coffee is fermented with its fruit mucilage, then slowly sun-dried.
