Bring your garments in At drop-off, we’ll check your garments with you and confirm the price and collection time. We’ll take it from here We recommend dropping your garments off 1-2 days before your event. Most garments will be ready for collection the following day. Saturday drop-offs and multiple-garment bookings may require up to 2 business days. We'll confirm your collection time at drop-off and contact you as soon as your garments are ready. You’ll also receive simple care tips to keep them looking their best. Payment is due at collection. Save $20 on your total. Wedding gown guide: Simple — Slim or fitted styles, minimal layers, little to no train. Standard — A-line styles, moderate volume, standard-length train. Full Skirt / Long Train — Fuller gowns, multiple layers, long trains, e.g. ballgown. Wedding gown steaming includes one veil at no additional charge.
