Mammut 280 Speed Lock Pro Avalanche Probe (Carbon)

The Carbon Pro Probe 280 Speed Lock is Mammut’s professional probe, built for speed in the most complicated rescues. High-quality carbon keeps it light and rigid, and the glove-friendly Speed Lock system tensions quickly, with an audible click that tells you it’s fully engaged. The handle clips onto the extended probe to keep it out of the way, and the drop-shaped tip is designed to cut through debris and save energy while you probe. The bottom section is bright orange so you can see when you’re nearing a buried victim. It’s UIAA certified.
