Crafted from Pinot Noir grown in select blocks of our estate vineyard, Sea Spray begins with an early harvest, capturing remarkable freshness and vitality before the main Pinot Noir harvest is underway. Aging sur lie in barrel, followed by extended time en tirage, lends depth and nuance to the wine. The result is a vibrant sparkling expression marked by fine texture, lifted energy, and a lingering finish that echoes the estate's coastal character.
