Bungalow Lettering with Shelby Barrentine

Friday, Oct 2nd 11:00 -12:30 20 total spaces Workshop Description: In this class you will learn a version of Bungalow lettering that is easy to learn, playful and useful for creative projects such as greeting cards, quotations, and posters. To write these tall, narrow, art nouveau letters, we will use acrylic “bullet-tipped” or “dot” markers. Markers and paper provided. This program is appropriate for all levels of calligraphic experience, ages 15 to adult. (flyer with details) Shelby Barrentine is a calligrapher living in Spokane since 2016. She is in her home studio creating calligraphic work daily. She sells her art in Spokane’s New Moon Art Gallery. Currently, she serves as president of the Spokane Calligraphy Guild (spokanecalligraphyguild2627@gmail.com).
