This two-day Vedic Thai Yoga Bodywork intensive offers a focused and immersive introduction to a classical and highly effective system of conscious bodywork, transmitted through decades of study and practice. Under Mukti’s guidance, students explore the foundations of Thai Yoga Bodywork rooted in Vedic, yogic — integrating breath, structure, rhythm, and mindful touch into a complete therapeutic method. The training focuses on: • correct and sustainable body mechanics • intelligent use of weight, leverage, and alignment • safe and effective therapeutic sequences • breath-led movement and rhythmic flow • developing sensitivity, listening skills, and confidence through touch Rather than complex choreography, Mukti emphasizes simplicity, precision, and presence, demonstrating how powerful therapeutic results arise from fundamental techniques applied with clarity and awareness.
