Leslie | Original Mixed Media Painting

Meet Leslie. Graceful, strong-minded, and quite comfortable having an opinion of her own. Inspired by Leslie Benedict of Giant, this original painting nods to classic Western cinema and a woman who could hold her own in a room full of Texas ranchers. Expressive marks and layered texture give her an easy elegance with a little edge. Mended’s hand-block-printed textiles become part of the composition, bringing handcrafted pattern into her Western story. Part of the Carrie Song Art × Mended collection at The Arbors in Round Top. 20x20, gallery wrapped canvas.
