Waterproof Cast Cover for Adult Arm - Size 2 (AA2)

If your cast covers the elbow joint, the DRICAST Adult Arm Size 2 is built for you. This waterproof arm cast cover seals securely onto the lower bicep, just above the elbow, keeping your entire forearm and elbow cast completely dry in the shower or water. It fits arms up to 55cm in length and 40cm in circumference, making it the right choice for casts and injuries that include the elbow. Slips on in seconds with no tape, no plastic bags, and no hassle. Made from natural latex rubber right here in New Zealand, the cover is reusable, eco-friendly, and built to last well beyond your recovery. DRICAST is New Zealand's only locally manufactured waterproof cast cover and is an ACC-registered vendor, meaning your cover may be fully funded if your injury has an ACC claim number. FAQs Can I still bend my elbow while wearing this cover? The cover seals above the elbow rather than restricting the joint itself, so any movement your cast already allows won't be affected by the cover. It's designed to seal, not to add stiffness or bulk around the joint. Will the cover put pressure on my elbow if my cast is bulky at that point? The seal sits on the lower bicep just above the elbow, not directly over the joint, so a bulkier cast at the elbow itself shouldn't affect the fit. If your cast is unusually thick, it's worth double-checking your circumference measurement at the widest point before ordering. Can I wear a sling with this cover on? Yes. The cover doesn't interfere with slings, since it sits close to the arm rather than adding significant width. Most people find they can wear both together without issue. What if my elbow cast is angled rather than straight? Because the seal is at the top rather than shaped around the elbow, an angled or bent-elbow cast doesn't affect the fit the way it might with a rigid cover. The stretch in the latex accommodates the bend. Is this suitable for a cast that includes a thumb spica or extends to the hand? The cover is designed for casts covering the elbow and forearm. If your cast also wraps around the thumb or hand in a way that changes the overall shape, it's worth checking with us to confirm the fit still works as expected.
