Coosa Nautical 15 Composite Board - 4 x 8 ft Sheet

Coosa Nautical 15 is the lighter, more economical Coosa board: polyurethane foam reinforced with fiberglass at 15 lb per cubic foot. Use it for floors, liners, consoles, filler blocks and light structural panels where Bluewater 26's stiffness is not needed. Sheet: full 4 x 8 ft, in 1/2, 3/4 and 1 in. Where it goes: cabin and console builds, floors over stringers, liners, filler and semi structural panels. For transoms and stringers: use Coosa Bluewater 26, the denser and stiffer board. Bonding: bonds with epoxy, polyester and vinyl ester. Scuff the faces and bed it in thickened resin. Working it: cuts and drills with carbide woodworking blades and bits. Wear a dust mask and work with good ventilation. Shipping: full 4 x 8 ft sheets are too large for parcel carriers, so they ship by truck freight with a liftgate.
