In the event that we, Tougher Africa have supplied the incorrect part, we will collect and replace the part as soon as possible. Goods will be subject to a Quality inspection at the Tougher factory and should be complete/unused/unsoiled and undamaged. Warranty ➢ At TOUGHER we stand by a 3-year warranty. Our warranty is valid for 3 years from date of invoice as we believe our product is of excellent workmanship and quality. Please note that this warranty is limited to workmanship and faulty fabric only. For standard wear and tear we have a free panel replacement policy limited to a maximum of two panels. ➢ Incorrect washing procedure is not covered by our warranty.
