Nova Festival Mural

Through its Holocaust Education Center, StandWithUs is partnering with schools and communities around the world to create their own murals in commemoration of the Nova Music Festival of October 7th, 2023. During the Nova festival massacre perpetrated by hundreds of heavily armed Hamas terrorists, 364 Israelis were murdered – more than one-quarter of the 1,200 Israelis murdered by Hamas terrorists that day. In bringing our Nova murals to life, communities can reflect on October 7th and the legacies of those lost. The customized murals include messages similar to those shared at the music festival, messages that urge respect, co-existence, and freedom. Some murals include the words, “We Will Dance Again,” a phrase seen throughout Israel and resonating the greatest lesson from the Holocaust – “Never Again” Large mural size: 64.5 inches wide x 59 inches tall Important Resource: Mural Project Educational Guide
