What’s inside A blend of calming, sleep-friendly botanicals in a gentle liquid tincture: Valerian root — a classic sleep herb traditionally used to ease restlessness and help you drift off. About 30–60 minutes before bed, dim the lights and put the phone down — let Dream Drops be the signal that the day is over. Take your drops.
