Safety Record LED Board (Days Without Incident)

How to use your Safety Record Board The app screenshots in the photo gallery above show each screen described here. What's included A Windows PC app: one file, no installation. Settings protected by a PIN. Works over your local network (wired LAN) or the sign's own Wi-Fi hotspot. No internet connection and no subscription needed. First-time setup (5-step wizard) Connect. Find the sign on your network or join its Wi-Fi hotspot. The app reads the sign's size automatically. Header and theme. Type your header text and choose a theme: Industrial, Hi-Vis or Big Number. Starting values. Enter the starting count, your best record and the last incident date. Slogan and speed. Type your scrolling safety slogan, such as a PPE reminder, and pick the scroll speed. Review and send. Check the preview and send it to the sign. Daily use The Days Without Incident count goes up automatically every midnight. Press Record Incident once: the counter resets to 0, and Best Record and Last Incident update automatically. You can set the count manually at any time. Brightness is adjustable. Layout by sign size Smaller signs (under about 256 × 128 pixels): the top section cycles between Days Without Incident, Best Record and Last Incident while the slogan keeps scrolling along the bottom. Larger signs (256 × 128 pixels and up): everything shows on one page. The layout is chosen automatically from the sign's size. Tips Keep the PC on: the PC keeps the count and updates the sign. The PC must be on the same local network as the sign, or connected to the sign's Wi-Fi hotspot. The app takes over the sign's display content, so the sign works as a dedicated safety board.
