The xBloom Studio is a remarkable bit of kit. It's an all-in-one grinder, brewer and precision scale, designed to make speciality filter coffee without the faff of having half a dozen bits of equipment cluttering up your kitchen. Honestly, if I had access to this back in 2010 I think I would have stopped there, it makes half of the equipment and knowledge I've acquired over the past 15 years kinda obsolete. It grinds really nicely, and pours super consistently, with almost endless settings and variations to tweak. Essentially, it's an automatic pour-over machine that consistently produces great filter coffee. It's got 48mm stainless steel conical burrs, 80 grind settings and adjustable grinding speed, giving you enough precision to dial in and then fine tweak recipes. Pair that with the built-in precision scales and intelligent pouring system, and you've got complete control over grind size, water temperature, flow rate and pouring patterns. Once you've dialled in a coffee you love, you can save and share your brewing profile through the companion app, allowing you to reproduce your favourite recipes at the touch of a button.
