We can adapt the size, layout, doors, wall thickness, roof finish, colours and other details to suit the customer’s garden and how they plan to use the space. This 5.4m x 4.19m model offers 22.6m² of total covered space, including a 6.43m² canopy area, Lugarde Prima construction, 28mm wall thickness and two PE45H doors. The flat roof configuration has a ridge height of 2.45m, making it a useful option where the common UK 2.5m permitted development height limit needs to be considered.
