Be the original consumer or purchaser. Coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer possession of the equipment. Provide proof of original purchase via a copy of the original store receipt reflecting proof of purchase date, place of purchase, and purchase price. Customer service and Technical Support will go through troubleshooting steps before sending out a full replacement unit. Only one replacement is permitted per item. No further replacements will be provided if a replacement has already been received under warranty.
