Women of Inday 1998 15.4” x 11.1” Pastel and watercolor on paper About the Artist: Inday Cadapan is a self-taught artist that focuses on women: as individuals, workers, and mothers. She signs “Inday” in her works, embracing the Visayan term endearment in an attempt to give back dignity from the misuse of those who relegated it to a diminished status for house help. Inday x Fundacion Sansó is part of the program under I CaRE: Initiative for the Continuation of Artist’s Estate wherein the museum will help the Artist's Estate to develop through merchandising, skill transfer, and copyright resources.
