Dried Leaves - Original Painting on Paper Dried Leaves This still life uses some dried leaves from our house plants. The most interesting one is from the croton plant, interesting colors in the veining of the leaf. The dried leaves curl up to create interesting shapes that are perfect for drawing and painting the unique forms. Daily Challenge: This daily art process involve trying out some new art supplies like gouache and mixed media. I've spent years using acrylic paint. In this daily challenge I experiment with a few different mixed mediums and methods. Playing keeps creativity alive and exciting!!!
