You can catch wild trout, char, and other stream fish, and if you're lucky, you might even catch the Dolly Varden trout, a species found only in Hokkaido. Enjoy fishing for wild stream fish in the pristine waters of Hokkaido. Fresh Fish caught in the clear stream can be fried and eaten on the spot. The fish you catch yourself tastes especially delicious! We use artificial salmon roe as bait, so even women who are uncomfortable handling live bait can easily participate.
