Bamboo Strand Woven

Bamboo is similar to hardwood plywood in sheet form and can be utilised in a variety of applications. Bamboo is a highly sustainable product due to its extensive roots and replenishment system and fast growing capabilities in suitable conditions. The Strand Woven grain type involves a special manufacturing process that turns the bamboo into a more durable product. Offered in both a Natural and Carbonised colouration, Carbonised Bamboo involves an additional manufacturing process akin to the caramelisation of sugar in which exposure to high temperatures browns the starch within the raw materials. Colour options: Natural, Carbonised and Multi. Applications: Joinery projects, shop fitting, furniture, wall cladding, ceiling lining, signage as well as laser cutting, etching and engraving.
