Hinch Peated Single Malt

DESCRIPTION A small batch, triple-distilled peated single malt from Hinch distillery in County Down, Northern Ireland — one of the inaugural expressions entirely distilled, matured and bottled at the facility, released in 2025. Matured in a combination of American ex-bourbon oak, Madeira wine and Oloroso sherry casks. Bottled at 43%. (Bottle size 750ml) OFFICIAL TASTING NOTES Nose: Ashy smoke from a crackling seaside bonfire, followed by heathery coal dust. The sweetness of charred pineapple emerges to balance the smokiness. Palate: Bold and smoke-forward. Smoked rock salt and cracked black pepper doused in rich, velvety honey sweetness. Dark chocolate rounds out the palate. Finish: Sweet smoke clings to the palate whilst chocolate notes linger until the next sip. IRISH WHISKEY
