Ocumare & Caripe Coffee 75% Chocolate Bar
There are places so carefully protected that only two people are allowed to tend the cacao that grows there. Ocumare cacao is grown deep inside the Henri Pittier National Park in Aragua, Venezuela — a protected, remote landscape where wild cacao has grown since before colonial times. Regino and Felix are the only farmers permitted to work this land, carrying a tradition of care that stretches back centuries. Paired with Caripe coffee, a native Venezuelan variety cultivated by Carlos Avila in Monagas, this bar is a quiet collaboration between two of Venezuela's most distinctive ingredients. Crafted in Milton Keynes, England, the 75% bar brings together 75% cacao, organic cane sugar, whole coffee, and cacao butter. The result is layered and unhurried — coffee warmth woven through the natural fruit and floral complexity of Ocumare, balanced by a gentle sweetness from the organic sugar. It is for those who slow down long enough to notice what's in the glass, the cup, and the smoke — all at once. Sustainable and direct trade. Slave-free. Raw. Natural. Vegan.
