The cream is separated from our locally sourced organic milk and churned into butter at the factory in Camperdown, Western Victoria. The organic cows that supply the delicious milk are free to graze on lush pastures all day, all year round. Family owned since 1919, Symons Organic Dairy was relaunched in 2017 by third generation member Bruce Symons with a premium range of organic dairy products.
