The Flexiproof EPDM RUSS Strip Mechanical Fixing Tape is a reinforced universal securement strip designed to control membrane movement and provide reliable mechanical fixing at critical areas of an EPDM roofing system. Over time, EPDM membranes can naturally contract and pull back towards the centre by up to 10%. This RUSS strip is specifically designed to prevent that movement, ensuring the membrane remains securely fixed at perimeters, upstands, and detailing points where stability is essential. Suitable for use across ballasted, fully adhered, and mechanically fastened EPDM roofing systems, this strip delivers additional reinforcement at walls, kerbs, penetrations, and expansion joints, exactly where you need it most.
