I am currently filming a new series, The Second Five Elements — a beautiful continuation of the journey that begins in the Starter Masterclass with The First Five Elements. This new series will include many lovely guided meditations and deeper internal practices to support relaxation, emotional release, nervous system regulation, and the continued flow of Qi through the organs and meridians. You are very welcome to begin this journey with me while I film and release the classes for The Second Five Elements. The Second Five Elements can be used as an alternative to returning to The First Five Elements in between your Organ Masterclasses as you work your way through the system. One of the important reasons for this is that the body benefits from moving the meridians in different ways. When we always move Qi through the exact same pathways and patterns, the Qi can sometimes begin to stagnate or become “stuck.” The Second Five Elements helps move the meridians differently, encouraging stagnant Qi to keep flowing and helping the body continue releasing tension, emotions, and blockages more effectively. This variation also helps keep the practice fresh for the nervous system and allows different layers of the body to gradually open and release over time.
