Gin à la Table 2025

Saison à la Table is our Table Saison, brewed to be low ABV, but with our use of oak and the richness from our native culture, it has a refined, complex, and deep palate. To finish this beer, we sourced Cucumber Gin barrels for their aromatics and summer-like essence, resting the beer in barrels for 6 months before bottling in November and allowing it additional time to develop before release. ABV: 3% | 375ml All orders must be picked up within three weeks from time of purchase. Orders are picked up at The Side Project Brewery.
