Papa New Guinea
Sourced from the rugged Chuave district in Papua New Guinea’s Chimbu province, this coffee comes from a collective of around 40 smallholder farmers growing on steep mountainsides at elevations up to 1800 meters. Named after founder Paul Sirigine—himself a coffee farmer of over 20 years—Sirigine Coffee Producers has built a reputation for curating exceptional, award-winning lots from across the region. This particular selection is naturally processed with anaerobic fermentation, then carefully sun-dried, bringing out a vibrant and complex profile from varieties like Arusha, Bourbon, Typica, and Blue Mountain.
