Curso Postres Especiales

This class teaches pavlovas, Japanese cheesecake, Basque cheesecake, crema catalana, and crème brûlée. Participants make recipes under a chef’s guidance, receive materials, tools, aprons, recipes, and certificates. The course lasts about 4 hours and costs $120 plus tax.
