Direct Connection to 4" Schedule 40 PVC – No Couplers Required The Diamond Muffler XL is engineered for effective noise suppression in radon mitigation systems. Its compact form factor integrates directly with 4" Schedule 40 PVC pipe via built-in fittings, eliminating the need for additional couplers. Designed for flexible placement, it can be installed in-line or at the termination point of a vent system to reduce airborne noise generated by high-suction and high-flow fans. An internal structural cage stabilizes the acoustic foam, maintaining position under airflow pressure while creating a pillowing effect that minimizes noise transmission with negligible impact on system performance. Also available with the Grill Top to protect your system from critters and debris when muffler is installed at the top of the system piping.
