Fire Trail is the entry whisky into our Luxury range coming from our Pontville Distillery. Aged in rare Port and Sherry casks, Fire Trail is an enticing Single Malt. Vibrant citrus melds into baked fruit and burnt caramel with applewood smoked water balancing welcoming sweetness, fading into subtle wisps of cedar wood. Nose: Baked pears infused with golden caramel, vibrant citrus, and a delicate wisp of cedar wood. Taste: Chocolate ganache over stewed mulberries, seamlessly layered with vanilla custard and succulent apricot compote. Finish: Dark cocoa-kissed hazelnuts meet velvety coconut cream, while luscious sultanas mingle with bush honey.
