Hand harvested, gentle press, stainless ferment and 4-5 months on lees. Very perfumy with intense stone fruit notes of white peach and nectarine, orange blossoms, and fresh grass. Dryer on the palate than the nose suggests with a clean, citrus acidity and a long finish.
