Originating from a blend predominantly composed of black grapes from our 9 favourite villages (mainly Ludes, Chigny-les-Roses and Rilly-la-Montagne), Cuvée Saphir is a Brut Champagne from our Premiers Crus terroirs, presented in an elegant deep blue bottle. Predominantly based on Meunier, this cuvée is defined by its freshness and fruity character. Blend: 45% Meunier, 30% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay, 40% reserve wines. Ageing: Over 3 years of cellar ageing. Dosage: 9 g/L. Food pairings: Saphir Brut Premier Cru is a Champagne best enjoyed as an aperitif.
