Cinsault
Cinsault is a grape that’s currently enjoying a quiet renaissance, thanks to its cherry blossom aromas, juicy fluidity and gentle tannins. This is a great example from the cool climate region of Itata in southern Chile, where grapes were first planted in the 1550s. An energetic and thirst-quenching red.
