Four Seasons Oolong / Si Ji Chun
Made from the popular Si Ji Chun, ("Four Seasons Spring") cultivar, this oolong has a rich golden-green medium bodied infusion. Four Seasons Oolong is lightly oxidized, tightly rolled, ball shaped oolong tea that is harvested twice each year in Taiwan's central highlands. This particular oolong easily steeps and resteeps as the day goes by. A true delight.
