Adult One Day Intensive

2026 Course Date: Saturday 7th February 2026 Course Information: Immerse yourself in circus for a day! Our fun Day Intensive on 7th February will give you the chance to try new things, work on your favourites and go home with new skills! After a group warmup, you’ll start with acrobatics, before climbing onto the aerial hoop to work on new moves. After lunch, it’s time to try some unique equipment! Get your superhero on with Bungee Ziplining and show your strength on the Flying Pole! Finish off with a good stretch out, and head home tired and happy! The Intensive Day runs from 10-5pm. Suitable for ages 16yrs+.
