"Wend is made with apples foraged from abandoned orchards, woodlands, and wild seedling groves throughout Maine’s Midcoast: 40% bittersweet, 25% bittersharp, 25% sharp, and 10% aromatic/sweet apples. Racked to neutral oak to age for about a year. Flavors of peach jam, fresh hops, green apples, & dried mangos."
