Melolin Low Adherent Sterile Wound Dressing

Melolin Dressing is a soft, low-adherent wound dressing designed to protect wounds while promoting comfortable healing. It features a highly absorbent pad made from cotton and acrylic fibres, bonded to a thin perforated polyester film that helps prevent the dressing from sticking to the wound surface. The smooth film side is placed directly against the wound, allowing exudate to pass through into the absorbent pad while minimising trauma and pain during dressing changes. This makes Melolin ideal for lightly to moderately exuding wounds, including surgical wounds, cuts, grazes, burns, and ulcers.
