Sergio’s Seasoning is our proprietary salt-and-pepper replacement, used on every steak we serve and just as good on eggs, vegetables and potatoes. Table 40 is a whole-leaf Italian blend of oregano, thyme, basil and warm granulated tomato powder, made to brighten Prime Rib, pasta, chicken and vegetables. Together, they make a restaurant-worthy bread dipping oil in seconds and plenty more after the bread is gone.
