Snowdrop 'S. Arnott'

Galanthus 'S. Arnott' Snowdrop 'S. Arnott'. This sought-after variety is one of the oldest cultivated snowdrops. It produces relatively large flowers with distinctive green, heart-shaped markings and has a strong, wonderfully sweet honey fragrance. If you lift a clump in spring and bring it indoors in a pot, its honey-like scent can fill the entire room. The variety is named after the galanthophile Samuel Arnott, who discovered this large-flowered hybrid in his garden in the 19th century.
