We offer full customization of dimensions, surface finish, glass color, light count, and chain or wire length. Tell us your ceiling height and the space you're lighting, and our designers will advise on proportion — then we build it to spec. 09Will the glass arrive safely? Yes. Every disc is individually wrapped and packed in thick protective foam inside a reinforced box, with the frame and hardware boxed separately. We ship glass every day and pack it to survive the journey. In the rare case something arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours with photos and we'll make it right. 10How do I clean it? Wipe each disc gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, solvents, and abrasive pads. Always switch the fixture off and let the bulbs cool completely before cleaning.
