Tommy Industrial Laser Air Compressor Systems The Tommy Industrial Laser Air Compressor Line provides a dependable compressed-air supply for fiber laser cutting applications. Compressed air can be used as an auxiliary cutting gas to help remove molten material from the cutting zone, protect the laser cutting head, improve cutting efficiency and edge quality, and reduce operating costs. Five compressor sizes are available to support fiber laser systems ranging from 1,000 watts to more than 60,000 watts. Integrated and split-system configurations are available depending on the compressor size and installation requirements. Improved Cutting Quality Provides stable compressed air to help remove molten material and produce cleaner, more consistent cuts. Cutting Head Protection Helps protect the cutting head and optical components from smoke, debris, and material contamination. This design simplifies installation, reduces the required floor space, and provides a complete compressed-air solution for lower- and medium-power fiber lasers. Split Compressor Systems The AC-37, AC-55, and AC-75 models use a split configuration designed for high-volume airflow and higher-power laser cutting systems. Individual components can be positioned to meet facility layout, ventilation, service-access, and production requirements. Complete Air Preparation System Screw Compressor Uses interlocking screw rotors to compress air and provide a steady, low-noise supply of compressed air. Air Filtration Helps remove oil and other impurities from the compressed-air supply before it reaches the laser cutting system. Refrigerated Air Dryer Removes moisture from the compressed-air supply to help prevent condensation, corrosion, and damage to sensitive components. Air Storage Tank Stores compressed air to provide a stable reserve and help maintain consistent system pressure during cutting.
