(Heer und Panzer Schützenschnüre). A lot of two marksmanship lanyards, consisting of: 1. A Panzer Personnel Marksmanship Lanyard, consisting of an aluminum insignia in the form of an oval oak wreath tied together at the base, topped by a Heer-style German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, around a central Panzer set over a hollow background, affixed with only one prong to a lanyard constructed of multiple rows of twisted and rolled silver aluminum wire, with each end completing in a loop for uniform button attachment, the reverse of the insignia portion with a mouse-grey wool backer, unmarked, the insignia measuring 43.5 mm (w) x 56.7 mm (l), the lanyard measuring 425 mm in total length, the aluminum insignia mismatched to the lanyard, in near very fine condition. 2. A Heer Marksmanship Lanyard, consisting of an aluminum insignia in the form of an oval oak wreath tied together at the base, topped by a Heer-style German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, around a central shield bearing crossed swords set over a hollow background, affixed with all four reverse attachment prongs to a lanyard constructed of multiple rows of twisted and rolled silver aluminum wire, with each end completing in a loop for uniform button attachment, the reverse of the insignia portion missing its backer, unmarked, the insignia measuring 38.5 mm (w) x 56.1 mm (l), the lanyard measuring 435 mm in total length, the lanyard portion displaying period-original repair where it meets the insignia, in near very fine condition.
