Each box comes comes with the following flavours: BASQUE CHEESECAKE: Silky cream cheese folded into custard-like buttercream, kissed with vanilla and wrapped in a delicately burnt shell BAY & WHITE CHOCOLATE: Silky white chocolate buttercream infused with bay leaves and lemon, in a bay scented shell FENNEL SEED & CARAMEL: Caramelised white chocolate ganache combined with lightly toasted fennel seed praline MATCHA & PLUM: Earthy matcha buttercream with a touch of vanilla and a Black Doris plum compote centre SPICED HAZELNUT RASPBERRY TORTE: Light hazelnut buttercream, warm with spice, layered with bright house-made raspberry jam ROSE: Classic Persian flavour made from distilled fresh rose petals and a square of Turkish Delight bound into white chocolate ganache
