Same brewery-grade architecture — real bottom dump, sanitary tri-clamp workflow, pressure-capable construction — with cooling that works at any fill level, from a full tank down to the last litres in the cone. Brew a pilot batch in a production-size tank, crash-cool partial volumes, or serve beer straight from the tank — the last pours stay just as cold as the first, because cooling stays efficient as the level drops into the cone. The upper limit is simply fermentation headspace. The supplied neoprene jacket improves stability further, and the 1.5 mm body adds the rigidity a tank this size deserves.
