All In 2023 MAGNUM
A blend of Macabeo and Garnacha Blanca, with a touch of Moscatel in the mix, from young vines planted five hundred metres above sea level. The grapes fermented on the skins for four days, before being pressed to vats for a short rest. Available only in magnum, this fresh, fragrant maceration pairs zest, chalk and herbs to brilliant effect.
